Santa Chiara is an old farmhouse (in italian "podere") among the vastest and greenest hills between Umbria and Tuscany. It is situated in a lovely position amoung peaceful hills and cultivated fields, at the foot of Cittą della Pieve, an old medieval town built around the VII - VIII century a.d. at the top of a hill that dominates the Valdichiana and the Lake Trasimeno.
The farmhouse, restore to its ancient aspect, was inhabited by a family of Umbria farmers whose main occupation was cultivating their land, picking up its hard-earned fruits.
