The holiday home “Podere Nannera” is a beautiful apartment consisting of 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom (one double room, one twin room and one room with a French double bed), a large kitchen (of about 19 m2) with an open hearth, a dining room of around 17 m2 and a lounge of around 27 m2.
Nestling in the hills to the west of Florence, the house is on the land of a farm which covers around 35000 m2 (3 and a half hectares) and has over 550 olive trees and 14000 metres of DOCG Chianti grapevines. The surrounding countryside is typically Tuscan and the unique city centre of Florence is only an half hour away by car.
