Cerreto di Spoleto is perched on a hillside in the heart of the Valnerina, surrounded by evergreen mountains and uncontaminated nature at a height of 558 m (1830 ft.) a.s.l.
The Holiday Home “La Torre” is a typical local house recently restored in good taste and respecting its original architecture from the late 1800s and characterised by the sober elegance and the functionality of its furniture and its services which best suit the needs of contemporary life and the 3rd millenium tourist.
On the ground floor guests will find a large entranceway and a restored cellar for large parties and dinners with friends. On the first floor a large living area consisting of a living room with balcony and view of the valley floor and a fully equipped kitchen. By the entrance of the first floor is located a further balcony with view of the mountain “Lo Stiglio”. The sleeping area is located on two further floors with two double-bedrooms, a mezzanine with double bed and the possibility to add a third extra bed. The house can comfortably sleep up to 7 people and has three bathrooms with shower, one on each floor
