Colle del Sole is a gentle hill which rises 420m. above sea level. The agriturismo, a XVI° farmhouse, is immersed in vineyards and olive groves and surrounded by castles and monasteries, witnesses to a rich and fascinating history.

The cultivations of the agriturismo have been made, for over 25 years, in the respect of the natural environment, without the use of pesticides or chemicals, making the family Polidori one of the first producers of organic wine in Italy . Hunting is banned in Colle del Sole therefore nature lovers should not be surprised to come across hawks, pheasants, foxes and squirrels while walking around the area.
