Despite its peaceful location, Il Forabosco is easily reached from the nearby Collestrada exit on the E-45 dual carriageway, right at the junction with the important A1 motorway that links Perugia to Rome and Florence, and to Cesena, Ancona, Gubbio and Spoleto (Assisi-Spello-Cascia-Norcia-Terni-Cascata delle Marmore, etc.)
As an additional service, guided tours can be taken in the woods and to the towns of Perugia and Assisi, and flights by private plane from St. Egidio airport can be taken over Perugia and Assisi.
