The Casali di Caicocci farmhouses are 700 metres above the sea level, extending for more than 200hectares in the region of the Upper Tibery Valley, sitting in the hills above the Lake Trasimeno: an area characterised by a rich, fertile and enchanting landscape with 360° panoramic views of woodlands, rolling hills and green meadows.
I Casali di Caicocci was originally the property of a unique land-owner, who lived in the main house of the estate. The accompanying farmhouses were inhabited by farmers and their numerous families.
The rebuilding preserved the original structure of the ancient farmhouses, thus enriching I Casali di Caicocci today with many facilities, for a truly special holiday experience, in an environment that is in touch with nature: outdoor pool (20x10metres) with a dedicated area for children; restaurant in a characteristic stone tower; horseback riding (including lessons) in the resorts paths and hills; a tennis court; a soccer field; an archery field; a children's playground; a fitness trail and the rental of mountain bikes. Also available is a small meeting room.
