The country building “Borgo La Fratta” has ancient origin from the Medicean time and it’s the first accomodation on the Bilancino lake a new attraction near Florence, to reach it you need walk just 100 meters.
It has been restructure carefully to carry out the original Tuscany architectural structure.
From Borgo La Fratta you can take an unique and wonderful view of the lake and the Appennino’s mountains. You can live in the peace of the country but also be near to Barberino di Mugello with his Designer outlet to do shopping of great brand like Prada, Versace, Guess etc., to the Mugello International race-course just 15 minutes far.
Borgo La Fratta is also only 5 minutes from the highway, 25 minutes from the centre of Florence, that you can reach with a pleasant road that give a unique view of the whole city and one hour from the most important towns of art Florence.
The estate extends for over three hectars, the hamlet is surrounded by a fenced private park where the guests can have relax, take the sun, walk, see wild animals of the Appennino’s mountain, cook with a hand made wood-burning oven and eat in the open air and where the children can play secured.
The fantastic swimming pool with the view of the lake has a beautiful solarium and dressing room.
This spring it’s also possible to rent a mountain bike to ride along the lake or towards the Trebbio Castle. Near the hamlet Borgo La Fratta there are the possibility to rent canoas with good prices to live the lake in a different way.
The guest can take the breakfast in the wide living room with a big fireplace and from this spring can also have a good dinner in restaurant that faces the lake.
