Thanks to its excellent geographic location between Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Florence and the historically important sites in the vicinity such as Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino and Chiusi as well as abbeys such as the Abbey of San Salvadore, Monte Oliveto Maggiore or Sant’Antimo, the site is an optimum point from which to set out on excursions to historically and culturally significant sites in the region.
Located not far away are also famous spas like San Casciano dei Bagni, Chianciano Terme, Sant’Albino, Bagno Vignoni or Bagni San Filippo.
