Sandra and Simone Ferranti's farm, built in 1500 as the Ferranti familiy home and now lovingly restored by local craftsmen, welcomes you. Agriturismo Monte Acuto is situated on a natural plateau at a height of 500 metres above sea level and looks out onto the Tiber valley.
Completely immersed in the countryside one has the possibility to admire hawks in flight and other wildlife which live in the protected area of Monte Acuto that surrounds the farm, to admire the wonderful panorama and enjoy a small oasis of peace and tranquillity.
Simone Ferranti, who owns the 30-hectare farm has farmed organically for 40 years and has helped to keep the land free of all pollution with absolutely no use of chemical products.
The farm has, in fact been awarded an AIAB organic certificate and produces organic extra-virgin olive oil and honey.
